Description
Responsibilities:
- Write up descriptions of new features and write procedures on how to configure them.
- Work directly with R&D to obtain information of new features.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience (not mandatory) in writing technical documentation in English.
- Native English speaker (or similar level).
- Excellent technical writing skills -- ability to write clearly, accurately, and concisely.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively between different departments (R&D and Product Management)
- Team player.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Familiar with MadCap Flare and Microsoft Word (Photoshop and Visio -- advantageous)
