Description

We’re looking for a skilled freelance designer to lead UX/UI for our enterprise meeting intelligence platform across web and mobile. You’ll turn functional requirements into intuitive user flows and pixel-perfect mockups in Figma, design clean and consistent interfaces, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring them to life. You’ll also engage with users when needed to understand pain points and take ownership of the overall UX quality and design system consistency across the product.

In this position, you will:

  • Partner with the product team daily to review new functional requirements and plan UX/UI enhancements for upcoming features and product iterations
  • Work closely with the development team to provide detailed design specifications, create additional mockups as needed during implementation, and conduct design reviews to approve UX/UI quality before features are delivered to production
  • Maintain ongoing design system documentation and ensure design consistency across all new product developments
  • Proactively identify and propose visual design improvements to modernize the platform's look and feel
  • Research and suggest design trends and patterns that align with enterprise software standards while maintaining accessibility compliance
  • Benchmark competitor interfaces and industry best practices to recommend strategic visual improvements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction

Requirements


  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B enterprise systems focused on end-user applications
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma with strong skills in creating detailed design systems, prototypes, and developer handoff specifications
  • Proven track record working in collaborative environments with product managers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user interface
  • Proven experience delivering pixel-perfect UI implementations based on Figma or similar design tools.
  • Track record of designing features with high usability test success rates and minimal user error in production.
  • Experience working within and enforcing a design system to ensure consistent UX across products.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a history of high satisfaction among product and engineering stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience contributing to or leading the launch of mobile applications, preferably in the productivity or meeting intelligence domain.
