QA Team Leader - Beer Sheva

Description

We are looking for an experienced QA team leader to lead our Meeting Insights QA team. This team works intensively with a variety of technologies like conversational AI, Python automation and UI testing. The team is composed of 7 testing engineers that do both automation and manual testing. Development process is in Agile.

 The job is to be the QA team leader of a large QA team –

• Drive the teams constantly to new achievements and increased productivity
• Take part in versions and sprints planning
• Plan and lead the automation activities in the team to cover both regression and new features
• Take key part in CI/CD and versions enrollment to production

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA team leader
• Proven experience in Agile development process
• Very good knowledge in Python automation
• Very good human relationships 
• Flexible working hours
